Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the UK, US & Europe. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use the Portuguese carrier CTT and use tracked delivery.

Do you take returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order contact us at wtf@what-the-folk.com and we will get in touch to help.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to being a small studio, we aim to ship orders out within 7 days after purchase. We will send confirmation via email when your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping options. There may be additional wait times due to customs. However, if your order has not arrived within 21 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will follow this up.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on country and weight of the products, but this is automatically calculated at checkout.

If you are based in the UK or US, there may be additional customs charges for orders over €135. Please check before ordering as the buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
